Their goal is to be the only fitness center in the area, therefore limiting your choices. Customer quantity is their primary focus, not customer service. At Quest, our sole purpose is to serve you, the customer. Here you are not just another number on the turnstile, but an individual with specific fitness goals and needs. OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM:

We have assembled a management team with over 57 years of experience in the fitness industry. They are dedicated to the Quest philosophy of putting customer service first and will ensure that your association with us is positive and rewarding.

OUR TRAINING STAFF:

Our Fitness Counselors are fully certified and experienced personal trainers. All counselors are certified by nationally accredited organizations and are certified in CPR/AED. Our training staff is available for one-on-one and group personal training to help you achieve results. In addition to conducting personal training sessions, our fitness counselors are available on the gym floor to answer questions and provided guidance.

Our membership team is not made up of salespeople, but is comprised of athletes, trainers, and gymnasts ready to guide you to the membership plan that is best suited to your needs, resulting in the long term success of your fitness plan.

Our front desk coordinators are here to make your fitness center experience positive and comfortable, always providing friendly and attentive service.
